Each group was assigned with different types of organelle. On our second class, we still learned on the same topic. Maybe you can try our group's games by click this link. Furthermore, this was an interesting learning process. We had a lot of fun through playing different types of games by different groups. On our first class, Dr Wan asked us to create a game that related to this topic. There was a lot of differences between eukaryotes and prokaryotes. This week we had learning a new topic, Eukaryotic cell.

This was a pictures of Escherichia coli cultures on yeast extract broth, nutrient broth, glucose broth, and inorganic synthetic broth.

We had used new equipment that called a Bausch & Lomb Spectronic 20 spectrophotometer to obtain the absorbance readings of all our cultures. This week, we had learned something new again that called Cultivation of Microorganisms.Р В РІР‚СњР вЂ™Р’В®xperiment 12 entitled Nutritional Requirements : Media for the Routine Cultivation of Bacteria. oxysporum strains are ubiquitous soil inhabitants that have the ability to exist as saprophytes, and degrade lignin and complex carbohydrates associated with soil debris. this taxon is actually a genetically heterogeneous polytypic morphospecies whose strains represent some of the most abundant and widespread microbes of the global soil microflora. So our group had choose Fusarium oxysporum. They were taking Mycology for this semester. So, on our first class for this week, Dr Wan had invited our seniors whose now on their third year.
